Like you, nag-struggle din ako sa pag achieve ng goals ko, especially
fitness. It took me over 8 years to finally figure out how to change my
body (and life), and now I want to share my method with you I simply
called “Kaizen“.
Kaizen is what I developed by combining fitness + personal
development and it’s for Filipinos struggling with consistency and
execution when it comes to changing their habits, mindset, beliefs, and
all the things hindering them from achieving both their life and fitness
goals.
